i could run out of superlatives when trying to put a label on this nectar of the gods. A rich and varied nose ,ranging from a blackberry to a rich fruit cake. this wine has it in spades! so dark that its a struggle to see the flame of a candle through the glass. more than can ever be said for a wine three times the price. the taste is so smooth that you could be forgiven for thinking you were drinking a glass of port. worth every penny!!!

This is our favourite red wine, we are big fans of all Portuguese red wines, but this is easily our favourite, very fruity, and great aftertaste.

An excellent red. I would say medium to full bodied but still light enough to just enjoy on its own without accompanying food. No hint of tannins and quite smooth. Dangerously moreish!
